The 2026 Burning Amp Festival will take place in Petaluma, October 3rd and 4th, 2026.
The event will be hosted at the Petaluma Community Center, where it has been held the past few years. This is a great venue and just like last year, we’ll have camps, lectures, auction, and all the other BAF goodies, plus the opportunity to bring and display your hear and listen to tunes, and of course hang out with fellow diyers and audiophiles.

The Petaluma Community Center is 40 miles North of San Francisco. There is plenty of parking. (Google Map Link). The Best Western Petaluma Inn is 4 tenths of a mile from the Community Center and was a popular hotel for BAF 2024.
The three most common airports used for those flying in are:
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – 52 miles with a shuttle service (see below)
- San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport (OAK) – 53 miles with a shuttle service (see below)
- Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) – 24 miles. The Sonoma County Airport Express runs every hour from SFO and every two hours from Oakland airport. It drops off at the Fairgrounds 6 tenths of a mile from the hotel.
